Follow-up on Acne of 30-year-old female

She reported at one week status post sulphur that her initial flare settled down, but getting some fresh acne as she is in menstrual cycle. This menstrual is heaver and redden than usual. She is feeling still lethargic, emotional, and episodes of anger. Right now it seems prolonged homoeopathic aggravation may due to the fact that she has taken some extra dose of sulphur. She was reassured and advised to take no medicine for now until very necessary and wait and watch
