After improvement condition got worse with gagging/choking cough, less appetite, lethargic, weak, recurrent fever at 10:30 am, sleepy all day, hot head, and fussy.
Antim Tar 30c advised for which child responded well return of appetite, active, not sleepy, and less sleepy.
During night he got sever cough episode even with some blood in sputum and catching of breath. Mom worried and asked for checkup by local doctor who told nothing serious just viral sore throat and given Ibuprofen.
Mother has advised to give Ipecac in evening for choking cough in the hope to less severe cough
